Oh, and I'm actually sort of rooting for the Vikings in this game. More in an early season spoiler role than anything else though. Another thing, am I a bad Packer fan if I'm excited about Adrian Peterson? I mean, he just seems so good, and for receiving no hype whatsoever (what's Reggie Bush done lately) he is deserving of everything some of his under performing collegues are receiving.

I think if the Pats win the Super Bowl this year, it will be a very bad thing for the NFL. They continually run up the score because they feel like they were slighted by the rest of the world because they were caught cheating. So, now they feel the need to show off how good they are and then some. I hope the Colts can come through and beat them somehow. Of course, I'm reaping the benefits fantasy league wise, since they feel the need to a.) score any time they touch the ball b.) only score on offense by having Brady throw it.

when I made my "running up the score" comment, I didn't realize they scored 42 points in the 1st half. I sort of retract my comment a bit, because I will never accuse an NFL team of running up the score in the first half. They did only score 7 points in the 2nd half, so I guess it's not that bad. Oh well, stupid Vikings. That's the last time I rely on them to win and help to Packers.

They did try and get Ma and Pa Cassel's kid a chance, but he squandered it for a TD via INT, which is very reminiscent of High School sports.

I kinda wanted Brady to stay in the whole game just to see what the outcome would have been.. I think a couple records would have been broken!

It's a nutcan first. As much as I'd like to see it I don't think Adrian can run for 300 yards every week.Matt
T-Jack needs to start using his legs a little more if the Vikings want to keep their offense going. I'm not saying he should take off running every chance he gets, but there were a few times last week when he had an open field to run for the first down, yet chose to pass instead (and, at least one of the times, badly overthrew the receiver when he did so).Jon

Packers are tied for #1 in the NFC with these guys. I hate when the Packers have a bye. Soooo sad. I don't like either of these teams.
