Though I have watched some of both Thursday games this year, so I'm probably not being totally consistent. Seriously though, missing picks is one of my recurring "bad" dreams that I have. Also, to touch on something Sarah mentioned in one of her game comments, I hear a lot of talk about the exciting, speedy, productive offense the Eagles ran. But I started watching that game around the 2nd quarter, after their first 2 or 3 tds were scored, I think, and from there on they didn't actually look that great. I know they were doing slow-down, prevent plays for a good chunk in the 2nd half, but I really wonder if their offense will continue to be what people saw in the early parts of the game. I'd scale back expectations a bit for now. I think they'll try to be what they were in that first quarter, but who knows if they'll actually come close on any sort of regular basis. Or at all.
