that would be pretty crappy. when he first was realizing he was trapped, I started feeling just a bit anxious myself, imagining what it would be like. I assume somewhere in those middle hours that flew by he had to take a leak in the corner. |

OK apparently he peed down the elevator shaft when he opened the doors. Which was good thinking I guess. Also, I forgot to make my joke: I suppose someone didn't read the TEXTBOOK about elevator maintenance. |

I'm going to assume that joke is an inside joke I'm not privy to. Why did the lights never go off in his elevator? Why did his just so happen to be the only one they weren't doing maintenance on? Anytime elevators are being shut down for maintenance shouldn't a routine check for passengers, or a glance at the security cameras to assure you no one is on them be the first thing you do? In this day and age (though this was like 9 years ago, but still) I'm surprised you're even allowed to shut down an elevator with someone on it. Knowing my luck I would have put off charging my cellphone so that even if there was no signal it would be no entertainment either. I wonder what he was reading. |

Oh, I get it. My implied point was that the elevator obviously had some method of detecting there was someone on it already in place. Why wasn't the also a warning system in place for shutting down said elevator. If the elevators went down by malfunction then that's all the MORE reason step 1 should have been checking them all for people. |

I want to know what the point of the security camera was if no one ever looked at it. |

That was probably the most depressing video I've seen in a while. |

I had to watch it about 3 times to figure out the joke. |

At any given time I have about 37 seconds of reading material in my wallet. I would have memorized my license number and my insurance, health information 1 million times over. I also would pulled a 24 and downloaded the schematics of the elevator shaft and clawed my way out. |
