It’s scary to think of what might happen if people LOSE that inherent trust. Civilization (or what’s left of it) requires that we trust those around us to not open fire. Hope this guy gets a good psych eval. To tie this to our other threads; wonder who will foot the bill for the psych tests- the government, or his insurance? Out of his pocket? |

Most likely the government will foot the bill for for the tests. I will assume that he will foot the bill for court costs, and any other costs attributed to the case. He will then re-pay the bill in some form of probation/restitution agreement. EDIT:(Lindgren, 2004) Actually I expect there will be two eval's, his and the District Attorney's. |
