To be fair to the elephants, Paris has also gotten drunk and uprooted some poles. In all seriousness though, I would have never imagined this was a problem, so obviously her talking about it did "increase awareness," though I'm not sure that in and of itself has ever accomplished anything. I can understand that there is an issue in some countries where elephants and other animals can get into framenting crop run-off what have you. As for the card. It shows her picture, and as far as I know she has a legit trademark on the phrase "That's hot." I don't know if the picture of her qualifies as fair use or any of those type of laws, but I don't think she's the worst person ever for trying to stop Hallmark from selling them either. If Hallmark had a card depicting a Ford car as a pile of crap and then used Ford's trademarked slogan Ford would likely try and get it pulled too.		Rate this comment Yours: Rated 0 times.
