Tell me why the NFL Pro Bowl is on ESPN, while the NHL All Star game is on ABC. It just doesn't make sense. I know that the Pro Bowl is kind of just an after thought, but professional football is the #1 beloved sport of the USA. It was cool to see BNL play at the Excel center for the NHL game though, I will give them that. Thanks to Jon and Matt for letting me know about that. Let's face it, hockey blows. Last night's Pro Bowl was especially awesome, 55-52????? Were they playing basketball? Watching the NFC come back from the brinks was thrilling. (not exactly the thrilla in the chilla, but it was still cool.) I felt bad for KGB though, he had just arrived on Saturday and didn't really seem to fit in. When Bly scored the TD, he was kind out of the loop. Oh, and what was with the dance things going on? First the kickoff dance, and then the NFC boys dancing on the sideline. It was amusing, but a little freaky. Watching Ahman go in for the 2 point conversion in between Flanagan and Rivera was also cool. Too bad the NFC didn't have a long snapper in the game, but there's nothing we can do about that and we shouldn't blame flanagan for that punt mishap.
Ok, so now what is there to do now that football is no more?

No one watches the Pro Bowl, that's why it's on ESPN. And the NHL all-star game wasn't on in primetime. The NHL All-Star game is almost always exciting(last year went to a shootout!!!!!), while this year was an exception for the Pro Bowl. That's another reason. KGB did awesome. He had 2 sacks, a forced fumble, and he was whooping the left tackle on every play it seemed. Bubba Franks was in on that 2 point conversion by Ahman Green too, so that was even cooler. 4 Packers on one play.

Hockey rocks: fastest game on earth.

No. It's not.

it's the most watched sport in the USA according to TV ratings. Most beloved is a different matter. Football might come out on top, but I could see baseball or basketball winning a favorite sport contest. Sorry Hockey!

of course since you're talking about tv viewing, I guess it doesn't really matter

Hockey is sadly not the most beloved sport in America, although it should be. Even I don't watch or follow hockey that much, and I played it for like 16+ years. Maybe I need a Wisconsin team to follow, but I doubt that will ever happen. Until then, I'll follow the Wild.

Yes, Jeremy I actually looked at that previously, but as it states, it is what sport is your favorite to watch. I concede that football is the favorite to watch, but I see a difference between that and most beloved. You may think it's splitting hairs, but to me there's a difference.
