I don't know if a bill is the answer, but this problem does need to be reconciled.

You didn't even vote or your own quiz? It's annoying to have professors that don't speak perfect English, but the bottom line is learn to deal with it. Maybe if half of the class honestly couldn't understand at all them then something should be done about it. Otherwise, sit in the front, get help from classmates, read your textbook, see a tutor, and quit your whining. Plus you can usually drop a class within the first week or however long without it showing up anyway, so if it seems like it is going to be that bad then drop it right away, not after you failed the midterm. |
