Grossman's out for 3-4 months with a broken ankle. Looks like we won't tie for last in the NFC North. Which isn't fair anyway, because Viking fans always talk about how great their team is and each year their team can't do squat. I can't believe they just lost 5 in a row. I think Yost has done a great job, but maybe he's not the one to take them to the next level. At this point I just hope they can make it to .500. The BTK killer just got 10 life sentences to be served consecutively. Does that sound kinda weird to anyone else? I think 1 life sentence would have done the trick. (i'm not serious about this, so don't think this is some weird liberal viewpoint)		Rate this comment Yours: Rated 0 times.

Wow, the Brewers pounded Roger Clemens for a season high 5 runs. I don't understand this team. They get blown out against the Rockies with their Ace, and they pound the best pitcher in the league 3 days later. Weird.		Rate this comment Yours: Rated 0 times.

Yeah I'm not sure what the life sentances > 1 thing is about. Maybe it's just a "for the record" kind of thing. Maybe it has something to do with some of them being "paroleable" (which I think is a word I just made up) so they tack on enough to all but guarentee he can't ever be set free. All I know is that it's going to cost an assload of money to keep him there for that long, and the real crime is that his quality of life will be better than some fellow americans and probobly most of the rest of the world.
